Hi all,

Just wanted to add a post with my thoughts from the product launch in London on Thurs 6th Jan. The event was well attended and some amazing testimonials especially from a couple who currently run their own farm and are both aged 70, just amazing. They’re taking the Vitality 5 and commented on the increased energy levels, especially that the lady is an ME suffering. I know of a couple of distant friends who are ME sufferers and this has ignited the passion within me to approach them.

Great to see new products being launched especially the Dog treat products as these present a new business opportunity especially with the amount of dog owners across UK and Ireland. Not only are the products priced well but they have a strong points value that will help customers achieve the 35 points order.

As always the video testimonials are very impacting. For me the couple who used to run their own Gym really touched me. I know exactly how he feels when talking about being able to spend time with his son. I don’t return to my office job until Mon 10th so I’ve been really lucky to have breakfast and dinner with my family for that last 2 weeks. This taste of what life can be like is really driving me to achieve much more in 2011. I always feel motivated and inspired after product launches but I’ve committed to myself, and now to you, too take that feeling and turn it into results, rather than the usual ‘words’ of how I’m going to change the world!

Finally the business promotions on offer to us are just amazing. Not only with the ‘Pacesetter Reset’ but the incredible ‘Senior Director by end of June’ £10k bonus. Including the usually commission payments this is worth around £30k. Where in today’s climate could you have the opportunity to earn that sum of money?

I believe this will be the most memorable one yet.  With the extreme economic conditions we are currently experiencing, combined with the vulnerability so many people feel with regard to job security – this provides us with an opportunity as never before that we do have a solution – we can be beacons of hope for so many families.  There will be more people open to looking at Melaleuca, people who would not  have considered it before.

Melaleuca has responded to this with extraordinary generosity by three very lucrative promotions that can have massive financial implications to your business:

1.       PACE SETTER RESET

This is like no other pacesetter reset!!! Simply enrol 4 new preferred customers in January and you can have your pace setter clock reset to your Active Status effective 31st December 2010.  This means that, regardless of you volume or executive status, when you advance from there in January in the pacesetter schedule you can avail of the pace setter bonuses for each advancement.

2.       SPECIAL NEW CUSTOMER BONUS

For every new preferred customer in January, after the first customer, there is a €25 /£20 bonus.  This means that you will earn the bonus from your second enrollment onwards – to an unlimited amount! This is of course is as well as the Circle of Influence bonus!!

3.       SENIOR DIRECTOR SPECIAL OFFER

Planning 2011 & Beyond!!

Hi all,

Just want to say how much I valued the leaders meeting on Saturday in Tullow and for all your contribution. It just reaffirmed to me the opportunity we have on our hands as we enter 2011!

As promised I attach the One Year Action Plan Forms, along with the Table showing the Status Criteria and would urge you all to have a vision as to where you want to be at the end of 2011 – complete the form and discuss with your enroller/mentor. The form gives the framework we will follow as we go into 2011:

  • Director Dinners 1st of the Month
  • Super Saturday first Saturday after 15th of every month
  • 2/3 Company launches per year
  • Power Hours every Monday 7.00 pm
  • Web Cast every Monday 9.00 pm
  • Leaders Conference Call every Monday 10.00 pm

In between obviously all the other business building methods will be carried out ie in-homes, local hotel presentations, one on ones and private webcasts and so on.

Attached is a booklet put together by the Company with explains the benefits of growing your business with the emphasis on new directors modeled on what the Crezenzo team did. It goes into how to run the Director dinner and we will be adopting this on a monthly basis. The dinners are open to all Directors and above. The company will pay €20.00 towards any new director and advancing director plus any director and above who enrolled 2 customers in the preceding month.

Our first Director Dinner will be after the Launch on 8th January 2011 in the Grand Hotel, Malahide. The Director meeting will take place between 4.15 pm and 5.15 pm followed by an early dinner at 5.30 pm. Make sure you make a note to attend!

This is the 7th Director Mairead has developed in 2010 – Mairead is certainly on her way to Senior – is a great leader and leads by example all the way!

Congratulations to the following Marketing Executives who achieved great things in September !

The Company recommends two activities  (a) Enrol customers and (b) develop directors.  In fact they have gone one step further they recommend achieving (a) Circle of Influence (enrol 4 preferred customers) per month and (b) Developing a Director every 4-6 weeks.  If you set your sights on those activities and be consistent you will build a solid Melaleuca business.

Ireland

  1. Peter and Sabrina Byrne (enroller Jayne Fitzmaurice)– Actually achieved D2!! Joined Melaleuca half way through September and just made up their minds they would do it no matter what!  In homes were booked throughout that time, sometimes a full house, sometimes no shows but because of the determination and activity they surpassed Director achieving D2.
  2. Niamh Murray (enroller Lynn Glass) – just missed Director in August by enrolling 7 customers so decided she would just go again enrolling another 8 in September and achieved D2!!!  Well on the way to 20/20 fantastic achievement AND she has done her first in-home by herself!
  3. Louise Rossiter (enroller Jayne Fitzmaurice) Coffee mornings with twos and threes helped Louise over the line!
  4. Lynn Glass (enroller Walter Murphy) – Lynn has one of the most compelling stories we have ever heard in Melaleuca and this achievement was really against all odds – with her own personal director as well , Lynn is well placed to move her business forward.
  5. Yvonne Dunne (enroller Mairead Deavery) – Yvonne finished on 14 personal customers in her enrolment month and is well on the way to D2 this month.  Some fantastic in-homes – enrolling 7 in her first in home!

August Business Promotion

DOUBLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS!  – August 2010 -

Nothing is more exciting than to see progress in your business. Growth is both rewarding and reassuring. So, to encourage all people to grow their businesses this month and advance in status we are offering a very special – and very lucrative DOUBLE ADVANCEMENT BONUS to all people that advance in their Executive Status in the month of August.

Here are the requirements to get the double bonus:

  1. Personally enroll a minimum of 4 people (quality enrollment please – paperwork in, orders placed, etc) in the month of August.
  2. Personally advance in your Executive Status in the month of August.
  3. Minimum advancement level is Director.
  4. Hold that status for a minimum of 3 months (or be at a higher status of course by the end of the three month period!)
  5. For Director advancements – the bonus is paid out the following month in line with the compensation plan payment schedule.
  6. If you advance more than one status in the month – you get a DOUBLE advancement bonus for both advancements!
